DESCRIPTION
The Bible gives specific roles and responsibilities both husband and wife are to fulfill in serving each other as they are empowered by the Holy Spirit to do so. When a life is yielded to Christ, the filling of the Spirit results in an absolute control of the believer's life by the Holy Spirit. So many marriages fall by the wayside because one of both persons in the marriage union are not yielding their expectations, hopes, desires and longings to Jesus Christ. Pastor Chuck Brooks looks to the Bible to learn how the Christian wife is to yield her life to Jesus Christ.

• "Submit" - hupotasso, hoop-ot-as'-so; to subordinate; to obey; to be subject (to, unto), submit self unto.
