Read more U CyberMedia SOFTWARE The first Hindi language spell-check software nicode-based Devanagari Hindi spell-check software called Saksham is compatible with any Unicode- compliant Windows operating system can work with Microsoft Word also. The software works similar to the MS Word spell-check tool and has a database of 69,000 Hindi words. The Hindi language software is a result of three years of dedicated work by Jagdeep Singh Dangi, Associate Professor at the Centre for Technology Studies, School of Language, Mahatma Gandhi International University in Wardha, Maharashtra. It was launched on Oct 29, 2013 at Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University. Jagdeep Singh Dangi has earlier worked on a multilingual project ‘Bhasha Setu’ that encompasses the following features: Hindi Internet Browser (i-browser++) with click for Hindi Translation. Dictionary cum thesaurus (English to Hindi and vice-versa) – Shabdkosh Global Word Translator (English to Hindi) – Anuvaadak. It works both online and offline. Jagdeep Singh Dangi has a vision to empower the people at the grassroots with the benefits of technology and online information. His name was included in the Limca Book of Records for the Hindi language browser. Such initiatives are a great boon in bridging the language barriers and digital divide. the MS Word spell-check tool and has a database of 69,000 Hindi words. The Hindi language software is aresult of three years of dedicated work by Jagdeep Singh Dangi, Associate Professor at the Centre forTechnology Studies, School of Language, Mahatma Gandhi International University in Wardha, Maharashtra.  Itwas launched on Oct 29, 2013 at Mahatma Gandhi International Hindi University.
