This solution presentation is proposed based on off the self components available with Baryons.

Any New Services required by the School can be added upon specific request.

The proposal which follows is based on the discussion with the Management and Stakeholders.

The customization and deployment work will commence with the award of the Purchase Order.

During the Implementation, the school shall appoint a Single point of contact (SPOC) for

clarifications and decisions as required.

As part of Implementation, 2 round of User Training sessions shall be conducted.

Any queries raised by Baryons shall be answered within 2 working day

Sign off from the customer of the deliverable shall happen within 5 working days of delivery.

Change in any of these assumptions may impact the project time lines, cost and deliverable.
