SLC System (Secretarial, Legal and Constitutional System)

Secretarial, Legal and Constitutional System (SLC) is a web based corporate application suite which manages all

the Secretarial, Legal and Compliance data through a versatile and user friendly user interface. It attempts to gather

a specific set of documents moving in and out of the corporate environment in a central intelligent repository. This

system provides necessary support for keeping the documents up-to- date via sending alert messages to the

responsible personnel. The client’s Secretarial, Legal and Compliance (SLC) related documents are saved in the

system with their corresponding document activity dates. A compliance certificate that expires on a specific date or

a contract that terminates on a particular date can be considered. In such case, an electronic copy of the document is

first obtained and fed into the system with its activity dates (here contract termination date/certificate expiry date).

SLC System performs a nightly walkthrough in the repository to discover any nearing activity dates. If it discovers

any, it alerts all the responsible personnel about the occurrence of the situation through email. The system is

supposed to drag attention of secretarial, legal and compliance personnel to an upcoming event (Ex: Expiration of

contract) and thereby helping them to take necessary actions. Multi Lingual Support, Company’s Documents

Storage Repository, Automated Alert System for responsible entities about Company's Documents Validity, Self

Intelligent Authorized and Paid-up Capital Manager, Splitting and Consolidation, Complaints Management and
