Q2-2016 Hiring Trend Report
Executive Summary
Softbreaks has been researching Indian IT job market since last year, different tools and techniques are used to collect data on which analysis is performed. Based on data mobile skills is something that we found is more sought after and this report will give more insights specific to Pune city.
During last quarter (July 2016 to Sept 2016), we have close to 315 companies trying to hire mobile development skills for the first time by popping up their requirement on job portals, during April and May, the count was around 60 companies and in June we had 120 plus companies looking for mobile development skills for first time in the job market.
Building mobile app development skill competency seems to be in demand, and knowing who else is getting into the domain would be handy.
This report is intended for executives who are keen to know skill demands and specific technology trends in the job market. We will be more than happy to hear feedback and requirement to present data which can be of some help.
