Conclusions• If you can manage the CSF’s, then off-shore becomes a must: the consideration moves from what & how much do we off-shore, to what & how much don’t we off-shore?

• Be aware of the Test perspective & the consequences at the beginning of the Damage Zone

• Be aware of the Project Management perspective & the consequences of ‘extending’ the Damage Zone

• It’s a people business here and there
