Intuitive and powerful tool for generating PDF document based on products user has selected. Generated PDF catalog could contain products' images, prices, titles and other metadata loaded from your store. Catalog cover, index and content could be appended by our extension from the given templates.

Login to your store admin Open your browser and enter your store admin URL:

http://mystore.com01

Enter your login details: username and password

Press Login button

Find and open Advanced PDF Catalog

Go to Main menu - Catalog

Find there Advanced PDF Catalog

Click on it to open extension

Categories tab in the Advanced PDF Catalog Select some categories in the list

Products from these categories will be displayed in the pdf

Now you are ready to use extension

Select necessary template

Press Get PDF button

After that generation process starts

It could take some time. That depends on products quantity. PDF generation itself is a resource consuming process so it’s not recommended to generate PDF with more than 2000 products at once. Otherwise you could face some hosting memory/timeout limitations. When generation finished PDF fill will be opened in new window. In case of big quantity of products PDF wile could be divided into several PDF documents, and they will be packed into single archive

Filter part with some fields that you can use to select necessary products for generating pdf. In order to do that you have to select necessary data in the drop-down (Category, Brand, Stock Status, Status) or enter in the appropriate fields (Product name, Sku, Model, Price). When necessary data is entered you need to press Apply button

Enter necessary template in the Templates part

All filtered products will be displayed in the Product List Part. To add all products to pdf you need to press Add All Products button. If you need to add some of the products you need to select them by checking check-box next to them and press Add Selected Products button

Selected Products will be displayed in the List of Selected Products. You can check selected products and delete unnecessary products from the list. To do that you need to check these products and press Delete button

When all settings was set up press Get PDF button

To use “Save to File” option you have to set up all settings for the generation pdf

This option allows you to save settings to file and use it for the next time when you use extension

You can see this button next to “Get PDF” button
