Best Practices – Studio Projects

• Set up permissions for users or groups to ensure the access and security you want.

• Sync the documents you want to review and check out documents you want to edit before going to Offline Mode.

• Individual PDFs makes for faster rendering and prevents document "hogs" from taking over your files.

• If you are going to be working on a file for a while, be sure to periodically select "Update Server Copy.”

• Use relative paths for hyperlinks.

Page 14: Bluebeam studio - Bluebeam eXtreme Conference 2014

Best Practices – Studio Sessions

• Any Custom Columns, statuses or layers should be created for the PDF ahead of time.

• Push out any standardized tool sets to collaboration partners so that they have the tools they need from the start.

• Set up permissions for users or groups to ensure the access and security you want.

• If you want a user to be aware of an action item within the Studio Session, send them a notification by selecting "Alert Attendee"
