As the double page spread is quite blurry, I’m going to illustrate what the page says.

They have used informal language in the double page spread which is a good convention used for a younger audience.

Main feature is the artist Kate Nash which is implies that the double page interview is about her. This is clear and easy to read.

Links to who the magazine is about, it is also written in a different font which makes it stands out and look unique.

Interviewer in the magazine asking Kate Nash questions, this is a good convention.

Pulled out good pull quotes which make the audience sympathise with the artist. This makes the people want to buy the magazine.

This is informal as she calls the artist her ‘best friend forever’ this sets a warm tone in the interview.
