Add new Event
(President and Executives only)
1. Hover over “Officer Tools” and select “New Event.”

2. Add a title and a description.

3. Select a category. Note, selecting the category of “Date Party” will allow users to tag a date from the event’s page.

4. Select the date, time and venue.

5. Add a featured image (optional). If you elect to not add an image, a standard image that we provide will be displayed.

6. Select the “Publish” button and wait for the page to reload.

7. Select the users that you want to invite. You can sort them by “Chapter” “Member Type” “Pledge Year” and “Pledge
Semester.”

8. Once you have chosen the members that you want to invite select the “Add Selected Members” button at the
bottom of the list.

9. Once the page refreshes, scroll down to the bottom and select “Send Invites.” Alternatively, you can remove any
invitees here as well. (You can remove an invitee at any time)

10. A box will pop up that allows you to chose how you want to notify your invitees of their invitations. Every user gets a
“GreeConnect Notification” by default

11. Hover over “Chapter Admin” in the top-left corner and select “Return to Chapter” to navigate back to your Chapter’s
“Bulletins” page.
