Fill in the Event data. Select the ”Time domain”: time is (and should) be equally split into 3 main active “domains” (where we consider “active” the time not spent to sleep): work, fun, (inter)relation. Also choose the event type: exam, sport, to do, travelling

etc., there are some pre-set event types but you can add as many types you want. Fill in the date and the time of the event.

You can also fill in more details of the event. You can select a Galaxy (it becomes a very useful tool when you need to recap activities, think about holidays, sport, consulting, medical, personal, etc…) and where the event will have (or has been taking) place. There are some pre-set galaxies but you

can add as many as You want from your settings.

It is also possible to connect people, allowing them to be informed about the event. If the event refers to a shared project, Fil Tribe allows to link it to the event. Imagine if you have a project “weekend in Nancy” and you wish to go to Nancy with one of your friends, you can connect both your friend and

the project to the event.

You can eventually add expenses to the event (gasoline, Hotel, etc...).

Once the event is saved, the system brings You back to the calendar homepage, where all events are displayed.

2 view modes are available: a standard "paper-calendar" look, or a list of events.

Expenses tracked in the Calendar Menu, are saved together with other expenses in the "Money" menu. You can check them or modify them clicking on the arrow-shaped icon. A click on the “X” icon deletes them.

What do they mean? 1: Expand or reduce text.

2: Show all the events in the world of mine or in each one. 3: Show all the expense details connected to an event.

4: Show or hide the report without a duration.
