About Us
Speed House Group of companies dates back to 1974. With a modest and humble beginning of just 50 staff members, we started our portable accommodation and housing units construction, and have grown to acquire more than 2000 skilled members.
We have also expanded our group into all aspects of the building industry, in order to be able to cater to all the needs of our prospects. In addition to the local U.A.E. market, we also export our products and services to other countries like: Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Libya, Syria, Djibouti, Azerbaijan, Yemen, Pakistan, Kenya, Sudan, Iraq and have the capability to serve our customers in any country they may be.
Today & to serve our customers better, we have operational facilities set up in KSA, Lebanon, Iraq and Libya.

Speed House Group of Companies was Established in 1974 , since then we have undertaken a substantial amount of projects in the construction industry, supply-ing those project with prefab house, GRC products, GRP products and other products manufactured and traded under the group.

The potential uses of Glass Reinforced Concrete System was recognized since 1940, We established our GRC divi-sion (TEMCOPPAD), in 1992 as a new entity under Speed House Group, dealing in designing, manufacturing and installation of all glass reinforced concrete products. GRC is used worldwide to manufacture a vast range of precast products for the building and civil engineering industries, thus, we are here to cover all the items you need in the construction of buildings and houses.
GRC is a subtle combination of siliceous sand, AR type fibre-glass, arylicpolymer and mass tinted hydraulic binds that once stained in bulk are transformed in our work shops into custom designed products for your building projects.
For facades or interior decoration, GRC provides the ar-chitect with an unequalled range of products in terms of dimensions, textures, lightness, ease of installation and long-term technical composition. It is therefore a valuable tool for any Project Manager, Architects, and General Foreman. GRC has a lot of advantages when compared to other traditional concrete materials.
It is easy to mould and produce different forms and shapes, details and textures. It can be colored with pigments, and paints and can replace non structural precast concrete elements where weight or shape are

About THE POD COMPANY
The Pod Company
Pre-engineered bathroom pods have successfully been used as a crucial part of the modern building industry in Europe. It is rare that a project with a repetitive number of bathrooms is built without using bathroom pods.
The POD Company is a company under the umbrella of the well-established Speed House Group of Companies, already dealing with offsite construction of light weight steel houses, and glass reinforced concrete GRC.
The Pod company was established to provide off site construction solutions that will eventually result in a higher quality product as well as overall reduction in cost, project execution time, waste and coordination.
The Product
The POD Company will design, manufacture, de-liver and install off-site manufactured bathroom and kitchen pods as a full turn-key solution. A pre-engineered bathroom pod is a bathroom built off site, designed bespoke to each different project to suit the building and specification of the client, ar-chitect and/or main contractor.
