You get a 30 day risk free guarantee with any product you choose to try with Rescue Alert. Within 30 days, if you are unhappy with the product or services, send your equipment back and you will get a full refund minus $9.95 for shipping. You must call for return instructions and all equipment must be in original packaging. If you cancel within an annual or quarterly contract, you will be charged a contract cancellation fee and monthly charge until the equipment is returned. A limited lifetime warranty is offered for rental of equipment while purchases have only a one year warranty.
