The cost is pretty straightforward with the Basic Bosch System costing either $24.95 a month or averaging $19.95 a month if the entire year is paid for upfront. The cellular GPS is $39.95 a month or $34.95 a month when paid for upfront for the year. The “Help Now” 911 feature is an additional $5 a month when added to any of their service plans.

LifeWatch has an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau of which it has been accredited with since earlier 2014. They have received 117 complaints filed against them with the BBB in the past 3 years which may sound like a lot, but it’s not much considering the size of their business. They have closed 49 of these complaints in the last year and are working on resolving the remaining complaints.

Prices aren’t clearly advertised on the website. Customers have to call in and inquire to get the prices laid out which may turn a lot of people away upfront.
