AT&T’s coverage is quite broad but there are some who live out of range and won’t be able to benefit from MobileHelp services in their area. “False Alarms” (if the button is pushed accidentally and emergency help is sent nonetheless) will result in charges that clients are expected to pay. That’s something to keep in mind when considering MobileHelp as a service provider.
