Delete Printer jobs in the path “c:\windows\system32\spool\Printers”
Now disable the Stop button.
In the printer spooler configuration page, enable start button

1. Click a Start button residing at left side of your systems. 2. Click a control panel and click system and maintenance, and then click
Administrative Tools. 3. Open Administrative tools. 4. Double-click Services. 5. Type password or provide confirmation if you prompts for an administrator
password or confirmation. 6. Right-click the Print Spooler service, and then click Properties. 7. On the General tab, next to Startup type, make sure that Automatic option
is selected. 8. If the service is not already running, under Service status, click Start, and
then click OK. If you are prompted for an administrator password or confirmation, type the password or provide confirmation.
