ACTIONABLE REPORTING
A complete report is available to show organizers on a secure server and is only available via a unique log in and password.
On the secure server website, the data is sortable by session.
The show organizer can view each session and which attendees attended each session.
With this information, the show organizer can award applicable CEU credits to the appropriate attendees.
CASE STUDY: COLLEGE ADMISSIONS
April 2013, Marist College held an orientation session for students that had been accepted to Marist for the Fall Semester but had not decided to attend.
The college used our session tracking system to keep track of attendance at their various sessions. They kept records on how many students actually attended a workshop in a particular subject area to determine the popularity of the workshop and if that they needed to do more marketing in that area.
Marist used 20 session tracking units. They were very happy with the process and the actionable data that was collected.

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
SELF-SERVICE: We offer an affordable self-service 1-D barcode session tracking package. The pricing is very simple based on the number of concurrent session rooms.
This package includes equipment and software to track attendees as they enter a session. We offer volume discounts to those that conduct multiple sessions in multiple rooms. We include training and support for you and your staff at no additional cost.
FULL-SERVICE: The full service package includes setup and an onsite technician. On site technician rates vary depending on your session schedule.
DYI SESSION TRACKING - COMPONENTS
CREATING THE BARCODE
Utilizing a no-cost simple font, 1-D (Code 39) barcodes can now be created in virtually any software used to print badges by non-IT staff. Simple to install and use, now anyone can create scannable 1-D barcodes for use in session tracking applications.
SCANNING YOUR SESSIONS
Using Bartizan’s Leads2Go© Session Tracking devices, it is easy to track attendance at sessions and events during your show. Simply scan the 1-D barcode and the Leads2Go© does the rest, automatically recording the date and time and name of the session that the registrant attended. The Leads2Go© will arrive fully charged and programmed with the sessions you choose to track, all you need to do is take it out of the box and start scanning.
REVIEWING YOUR DATA
At the conclusion of your show your scanned data will be loaded to Bartizan’s web application, LeadsLightningSM. There, you can log-in and securely review the data from your sessions. Sort attendance lists by session, or even view by individual attendee. You can even download your scans to your favorite application.
