About BASMA

Bahrain Services and Maintenance Company B.S.C. (c), was established in the year 1976, as a service oriented Company.

BASMA employs over 2400 permanent staff including 200+ Bahraini Staff, and achieved annual sales of BHD 7,336,338 for the year ending 31 December 2012.

DIVISIONS

Cleaning Division

We are committed to providing you with the same spotless office space you had at the start of your business with our cleaning services.  We know the importance of having a reliable, efficient commercial cleaning service and we work tirelessly to ensure that your workplace is maintained to the highest standards.

Cleaning Division

Our Cleaning Service covers the Janitorial and Industrial Cleaning. We Specialized in Office Cleaning,  Industrial Cleaning, Carpet Shampoo, Burnishing, Restoration Of Ceramic Tiles, External High Rise Glass & Wall Cleaning.

Office Equipment Division

Sales, Service and Maintenance for all Office equipments e.g copiers, printers, faxes, scanners, projectors, shredders and Money Counting Machines.

Office Automation And IT Solutions

As solution providers, we analyze the client’s current setup, understand their requirement from the IT setup, try to address the current and future requirement issues and accordingly offer solutions. The areas where we provide these solutions are IP-PBX, GPS, TIME & ATTENDANCE, IP CAMERAS etc.

Information Technology Division

BASMA IT an offshore software & Web development company that offers programming, web design, and consulting services to a wide range of industries and business areas. We provide a full range Managed I.T Services, On-Demand I.T Services, Staffing, Computers, Servers, Networking, VOIP, Software's, Accessories.

Fire and Security Division

Supply and Maintenance of Access Control, Intruder Alarms, CCTV, High Sensitivity Smoke Detectors, Fire Alarms, Fire Risk Assessments, Electric Fencing Fire Alarm Systems, Heat and Smoke Detectors

Security Guards Division

Our Security Services provides long and short-term security guards. Our security officers are professionally trained experts who are well prepared to handle your security needs.

Travel Division

A broad range of travel services including business travel solutions, meetings management, global coverage, consultation, online technology, 24-hour service, leisure programs and more. .

Staff outsourcing

BASMA has been providing staff outsourcing services to its diverse client base for more than 30 years and offers a wide range of human resources to small and medium-sized businesses throughout the Kingdom of Bahrain.

24 x 7 Operations Room

The Operations room is situated in the Head Office manned in shifts by Senior Supervisors and operates 24 hours every day. It is the focal point primarily for activities of the Services and support also handles activities of the other Division. It maintains and updates work schedules for all the teams and ensure that all contractual obligations are met.
