Procedure text is a piece of writing which is consists of instruction to follow. It tells how to do or to make something

Communicative Purpose to tell the steps in doing or making something in a sequential order

The example of procedure text : instruction, manual, recipes

Text organization :- Aim / goal : tells what will be made or done; states an opening statement with an objective- Materials / ingredients (optional) : list the materials or items needed- Steps : explains how it needs to be done, provide a series of steps listed in a logical order

Present tense; i.e. the cake looks delicious

Nouns. i.e. number, scissors, flour etc

Imperative sentences. i.e. follow the steps

Quantifiers. i.e. much, few

Sequence connectors. i.e. first, then, etc
