A stupid person who does not cares about the effect of his actions.

Offensive approach.
He is arrogant and believes he is always right.
Lack of common sense.
Why do we have jerks at work?
HR won’t let me fire the jerk.
He is much better at confrontation than I am.
He has specialized skills.
He owns our most important customers.
He has friends in high places.

He creates a feeling of insatisfaction inside the company.
