Removing the Touch Screen Digitizer

With the adhesive warmed, use a nylon spudger or pry tool to begin releasing the adhesive holding the glass touch screen to the front housing. We suggest starting near the top, by the ear speaker mesh.

With the adhesive released, begin lifting the glass screen from the device. Be careful as the digitizer flex cable still needs to be fed through the slot in the housing to fully remove.
