Step 1:

▪ Log in to your Eshopbox site control panel using your Eshopbox login Id

and password

▪ Click on the chat bar at the bottom right corner of the page

Step 2:

▪ This will open a chat window containing a list of all the visitors and

buyers who are currently on your store. All these online buyers will be

indicated with a green dot next to their name

▪ The visitors would be either displayed by their names, if they chose to

enter them or as guests, incase they didn’t enter their namesChat Window

Step 3:

▪ Click on the name of a visitor from the list you wish to initiate chat with

▪ A chat box bearing the name of that visitor will pop up

▪ You can now start a conversation with him

▪ You can now start chatting with your visitors by typing your text in the

blank field provided and then hitting ‘Enter’

▪ You can initiate a chat with your visitors at any moment when they

are on your store

▪ You can log out of a chat at any point of time by going ‘Offline’

▪ When you are offline or not present on your store, all your chats will

be saved as ‘Offline messages’ and will be redirected to your ‘Inbox’
