and password

▪ Click on the chat bar at the bottom right corner of the page

Step 2:

▪ This will open a chat window containing a list of all the visitors and

buyers who are currently on your store. All these online buyers will be

indicated with a green dot next to their name

▪ The visitors would be either displayed by their names, if they chose to

enter them or as guests, incase they didn’t enter their namesChat Window

▪ A chat box bearing the name of that visitor will pop up

▪ You can now start a conversation with him
