“The universal star5ng point for ILP is the 4 CoreModules. That’s because theyrelatetofourprimarydimensionsofyourindividualbeing:body, mind, spirit, andshadow. They don’t require anything or anyone else but you. So you can, if youwish, work on them by yourself. If you consistently engage prac5ces in each ofthesefourareas,you’llempowerandturbochargeyouroveralldevelopment.”ExcerptFrom:“IntegralLifePrac5ce:A21st-CenturyBlueprintforPhysicalHealth,Emo5onalBalance,MentalClarity,andSpiritualAwakening.”p61

Of course themutual entailmentof inner andouter impliedby the theoryof co-presence means that whenever we are working on ourselves, we are not onlyimmediatelyworkingontheworld(obviouslyinsofaraswearepartoftheworld)butworkingonthataspectofbeingwhich isenfoldedwithinallother likebeingstoo. In this perspec8ve from the theory of co-presence there is actually no suchthing as solitary or individual ac8on. Emancipa8on can be seen as a trialec8c of being, in which wecreate a new perspec8ve, which leads to a new ac8on, whichleadstoanewbeing.
Integral LifePrac8ceaims todevelopandexpand the legi8macyand authen8city of the agent’s perspec8ve, throughdevelopmentalgrowth.
Cri8cal Realism exposes the importance of maintainingnoniden8ty and absence as an exposi8on of the unblocking ofoblivion, leadingtotheagentasanopentotalityexpressingtheircausal inten8onality as right ac8on on all aspects of 4 planarsocialbeing.
And through Philosophy of metaReality’s Workins, the agent isable to begin the process of re-enchantment of the world asiden8ty over difference from the inside out, as their pulse offreedom.
