Terms & Conditions of Sale (within the UK)

Invoices valued at £200 or less must be paid in fullbefore shipment.

There will be no delivery charge for orders over £300.

A carriage charge of £7.50 per consignment will applyto all orders under £300.

Returns must be noted within 7 days of receipt.

Small orders with a value of less than £25 will be subjectto a charge of £5 to cover admin and p&p costs.

Specials will be subject to an additional cost subjectto negotiation.

Customer Design ServiceEstimate for design, development and production samplingwill be agreed prior to work commencing.

Cancellation of orders must be confirmed in writing and maybe subject to penalty charges.

Payment is due 30 days from date of invoice. The Companyshall be entitled to charge interest on overdue invoices at therate of 2% per month.

All goods shall remain the property of The House of CheviotLtd until paid for in full.
