connected and processing based on a blueprint.
The blueprint in our brain has
been created by our
habits of:ThinkingFeeling
and Acting.
Hardwiring occurs because of
habits
When we continually
think, feel and act
in the same way
it hardwires us to always
think, feel and act
the same way.
Just like the hardwiring in your house, you can also change the electrical signals in your brain
But you won’t be able to do it overnight!
Think about how long you’ve been hardwiring
your brain with your current activity
It’s going to take time and effort to undo all that work!
To overwrite the neuropathways (your brain’s
blueprint)you need to establish
new habits
new habits of
ThinkingFeeling
Acting
