Overall Description:
These LCs focus on developing Clarity of Why
and Sales Capacity of iGIP.
Shall have no more than 10 Companies as TN
Takers.
Shall only focus on 1 subproduct (Marketing),
members manage new accounts most of
time.
Chosen subproduct may be targeted on 2
different industries.
LCVP have no director as he/she can easily
track the team. LCVP should ensure synergy
with supporting department.

Role overall
• Understand the current supply and demand (S&D) to set strategies and manage iGIP sales and delivery pipeline
Activities
• Run and manage TN pipeline for Global Talent Programme (Market segmentation, selling, raising, matching, realisation)
• Establish strategies for efficient matching and realisation process.
• Ensure implementation of XPP and a quality delivery.
• Analyse current S&D to establish sales channels and product strategies.
• Develop and manage synergy initiatives
• Manage members’ performance and development

Role overall
•Understand the current supply and demand (S&D) to raise, match and deliver new accounts.
Activities
•Understand S&D and establish a list of potential TN takers
•Raise new TNs (call, meet, close sales with companies)
•Promote current TN forms while manage relationship with company
•Screen, interview and match applicants
•Collect documents and submit to Visa PIC
•Maintain constant communication with EP and TN
•Ensure quality experience for EP (eg. pickup from airport, follow up performance, arrange accommodation)

Overall Description:Focus on increasing their sales culture and performance.Shall aim for increasing the number of forms taken by company.Shall have no more than 16 companies as TN Takers.For TMP structure, TLPs may decide distributing on process RA&MA and Delivery depending on current demand of work. 1 or 2 people shall always focus on delivering the old forms and ensuring
EP servicing.LCVP is in charge of general strategies, tracking their directors and ensuring iGIP pipeline happens..Also responsible of ensuring partnerships and relationships for LC.
