Create a Listing Page

Business name = Property AddressAddress = YOUR business address

Add a short descriptionWeb address is your agent website

Upload a vertical or square picture (iconic)

Add your Cover Photo. A long horizontal picture, probably of the exterior.

It’s a Page. Now you need to add content…

“Create Photo Album” (NOT Upload Photos)

Select photos from your hard drive for photo gallery

Property Address = Album TitleDescription should include a call to action.

Each picture’s caption should contain your call to action with the address of your websiteType it once, then cut and paste it to each caption. Then click “Post”

Each picture, when viewed, contains your website address and your call to action.

Search for your property address in Google, then click MAP at top of page.Now Cut and Paste the address at top into a facebook post

Paste it as a Status post. When someone clicks, the map appears

Goose the listingKeep the listing on followers’ feeds by highlighting top features.In facebook, twice per month max. More is spammy. Less and they’ll forget.

Build an Audience button on Page Manager• Email• Share• Advertise ($$$)
