CONCLUSION
A Trait is a genetically determined
characteristics in which an individual
perceives, feels, believes ,or acts.
Trait may be physical or may be behavioral.
In more general use, a trait is an important part
of someone’s personality or appearance.
A manager is a member of an organization
who works by coordinating with his
subordinates in order to achieve organizational
goals.
A Manager is the person responsible for
planning and directing the work of a group of
individuals, monitoring their work, and taking
corrective action when necessary.

Definition:
The sharing of information between two or more individual
or groups to reach a common understanding.
Importance of Good Communication:
Increased efficiency in new technologies and skills
Learning, Implementing, Training

Self-motivation is a power that drives us to keep moving
ahead.
It encourages continuous learning and success

and tasks, set priorities, and adapt to changing conditions and work assignments.

Delegation is the assignment of responsibility to
another person for the purpose of carrying out
specific job-related activities. Delegation is a shift of
decision-making authority from one organizational
level to another.

Industry. Examples:
Production and Processing - Knowledge of raw materials,
production processes, quality control, costs, and other techniquesfor maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
Mechanical - Knowledge of machines and tools, including theirdesigns, uses, repair, and maintenance.
Administration and Management - Knowledge of business andmanagement principles involved in strategic planning, resourceallocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique,production methods, and coordination of people and resources.
Education and Training - Knowledge of principles and methodsfor curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction forindividuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects.

A good conversationalist (Monitor tone of voice and
use of body language and use of simple language).

Managers, in most organizations, have the more importantresponsibility. They are responsible both to the organization andto the people in the organization. Therefore, it is fundamentalthat managers acquire these essential qualities for theorganization functions. On another side, a manager should alsostay updated to new and rapid evolving technologies, to deal withaccumulated development and maintenance backlogs, and tocope with employee or customer issues.
A key goal of disciplined managers is to avoid the surprises thatcan occur when these surprises almost always lead to bad news:cost overruns, dissatisfied customers and lost of employees.
