ATHLETES SCHEDULES•No time for a regular job•Demanding schedules with practices and workouts• Countless unpaid hours of work

CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE•Universities can manage the allocation• Systems can be set up• Athletes need to advocate for themselves

CONCLUSION• Athletes have earned the pay• Scholarships are not enough compensation• Regular jobs are hard to obtain•Demanding money is justified
