SUPPLY CHAIN RISK MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (SCRMS)

NCFPDTOOL

To support a food supply chain manager who wants to trade-off: • Maximize productivity• Minimize vulnerability.

Assumption: there is an adversary who wants to contaminate the food with a chemical or biological toxin

Questions:• How to best operate the supply chain? • How to choose between different supply chain designs?
