Dr. Rajan Mahtani has been fighting a one-man war against the Ventriglias.

It has been 10 years since the launch of the case

The case goes down to the time when Zambezi Portland Cement was illegally captured

Ongoing case at the Lusaka High Court without any scope of improvement

Major crust includes ownership and shareholding over the cement factory

Dr. Mahtani has claimed 56 percent shares and joint-venture partnership

Claimed were supported by evidences- signed shareholders agreement, financial exhibits and independent audit report

The Ventriglias are yet to submit any written proof to support their claim that Dr. Mahtani did not pay for the shares he owns at the factory

However, the Ventriglias have often tried to discredit Dr. Mahtani at the court, but failed every time

After 10 years of wait, the present  judge at the Lusaka High Court have taken the case ahead

As per the latest announcement, case hearing is closed and both parties have been requested to submit their written and oral statements before the judge

Evidences from both sides will be scrutinized

After that, final judgmentwill be announced.
