Wear resistant of discharge hoses, suitable for dredging slurry and sand, and the suitable working condition is from -20°to 50°. It’s convenient to install and �exible to use,safe,abrasion-resistant and bending-resistant.

Suction hoses are available as spiral type or separate ring type, and its diameters are up to 1200 mm for various lengths and pressure ranges. It’s suitable for dredging slurry and sand, and the suitable working condition is from -20°to 50°. It’s convenient to install and �exible to use,safe,abrasion-resistant and bending-resistant.

Self-�oating hoses are suitable for the harshest sea or mining condi-tions. Equipped with PE foam body, adjusted to the bouyance of the dredged material.It’s available in diameters up to 1200 mm , various lengths and pressure ranges.

Armoured hoses are used for dredging sharp materials which has bigger volume,heavy speci�c greavity like coarse sand,coral reef or weathered rock . The hoses have the ring of high abrasion resistance, inner lining of excellent abrasion-resistant performance and bending resistance. It’s available in diameters up to 1200 mm and in various lengths and pressure rangs.

Ceramic hoses have better wear resistant, wear lining with ceramic pieces of various patters, round ,square and hexagonal. It’s available in diameters up to 1200mm for various lengths and pressure ranges.

TAPERED FLOATING HOSE

Tapered �oating hoses includs A hose andB hose. A hose is that one end has buoyancy and the other has no buoyancy. The buoyancy end is connected to quick coupling. And the non-buoyancy end is connected to B hose. B hose is directly connected to normal �oating hoses. A hose can replace dredge ball joint. And it’s cost is lower than ball joint. Tapered �oating hoses and normal �oating hoses can form a tapered �oating pipeline.
