Opening Ceremony• The programme was organised on the wide and open ground of

vikas high school & college situated at vikhroli on 5th may 2013.

• Mr. Liladhar Dake (A senior Shivsainik & politician) cut the ribbon and gave the green signal for this occasion. There were lot of other leaders such as Dutta Dalvi, Sudhir More, Bhau Korgaonkar, Amol Kirtikar and other supporters from the party attending this programme

Arrangement

• The programme received a maximum number of visitors and was organised well-mannerly.

• The Fair included various candidates from different fields, in order to guide the visitor in a proper aspect in choosing their careers.

• There was a good arrangement of food and other facilities for the candidates and visitors attending the event.

• Visitors attending the event were asked to feed the form in order to segregate the candidates to visit the various sections of event they wish to apply. Also, to avoid the clashes in terms of misleading the way towards the event directions.

• There were two major sections of Career Guidance 1. Aptitude Test 2. Seminar Hall

Career Guidance• Visitors entering to the Career Guidance hall were asked to feed the form in

order to segregate the candidates to visit the various sections of event they wish to apply. Also, to avoid the clashes in terms of misleading the way towards the event directions.

• There were two major sections of Career Guidance 1. Aptitude Test 2. Seminar Hall. There were two halls arranged for the each section so, there was less struggle & waiting for the candidate to attend their choice of section.

Job Fair• There were various Banners arranged on the way towards Job Fair.

These Banners gave a lot of specification and detailed information about Application of the Job.

• Forex, Auto Electrician, Merchant Navy, Investment Banker, Company Secretary and various types of courses and applicant requirements were contained in these Banners.

• Through the visiting forms filled by the visitors it was observed that 65% were male visitors and remaining 35% were female visitors who showed interest in attending this event.

• The main attraction was the various faculties from which the visitors belong to, are shown in the above pie graph of Faculties/Streams.
