Stocklist is a derivatives platform that allows

you to invest capital on the price movements

on thousands of securities.

Page 3: Stocklist Pitch Deck

PROBLEMS

Traditional investing is difficult for our target

audience.

There is no platform that allows people to make

high returns.

Popular companies like Google and Apple are too

expensive for a college student or young adult.

SOLUTION

A web and mobile platform where users can

Create a simple mini-portfolio of stocks for as little

as $1.

Go head to head with their portfolio or join a pool of

investors.

Make or lose a 90% return on an

investment in as little as one day

IN-DEPTH ANALYSIS

Stocklist provides a mean for any person with a small

amount of capital to make terrific returns or loose

most of their investment. The stock market is

extremely volatile; however, even with this volatility,

it is difficult to even make a five percent gain on any

investment. Stocklist, on the other hand, creates

potential returns of 90 percent.

POOLS

You pick 5 stocks and place an investment and

join a Pool of other investors. If your portfolio

performs better than half of the other investors

in the pool, you will make a significant return

based on the performance of your portfolio

compared to the other investors in the pool.

Stocklist sets the number of investors,

investment size, and expiration date on pools.

HEAD TO HEAD

Pick one stock or several, an expiration date, an

investment amount, and go head to head with a

person you know or a random investor. The

investor’s portfolio or stock that has the highest

percentage gain in the certain expiration date at the

expiration date will make 90% profit. The other

investor loses all his initial investment. Stocklist takes

a 10% administrative fee across all transactions.

FEATURED

Every week, Stocklist creates featured pools.

These pools are either restricted to a certain

sector or industry.

10% ADMINISTRATIVE FEE

When a pool does not go a user’s way, they

loose all of their initial investment. 90% goes to

the best performer, and we take 10% as a

administrative fee.

Page 13: Stocklist Pitch Deck

EARLY HEAD TO HEAD EXIT

If a head to head is not going an

investor’s way, they can cancel their

investment all the way before half of the

time on the expiration date is over. They

automatically take a 25% loss on their

investment. We take 5% and the other

investor takes 20%.
