**IMPORTANT BANK HOLIDAY INFORMATION**

Customer briefing all customers This brief is to advise a change to the way we will be communicating with you to confirm your trading intentions for the Summer Bank Holiday on the 29th August. We have had feedback from a number of you asking why you have to advise us that you will be trading when you are either always open or are always closed on a Bank Holiday. For this bank holiday you will receive a letter from your magazine house and a notification on your daily priced delivery note advising you if we are expecting you to trade or not. If this isn’t correct you must advise our customer service teams immediately. If we are unsure of your trading requirements you will receive a letter and notification on your DPDN dated 13th July. We will be assuming you are closed, if this isn’t correct you will need to contact your customer call centre immediately to ensure you receive your supplies. If you have always been open for the last seven bank holidays you will receive a letter and notification on your DPDN dated 26th July. There is no need for you to contact us unless this is incorrect. If you have always been either closed for the last seven bank holidays you will receive a letter and notification on your DPDN dated 26th July. There is no need for you to contact us unless this is incorrect. On the 24th August we will again advise you on your DPDN to confirm we are expecting you to be either open or closed for Monday 29th August.
