What is water conditioner !

Water – Rain’s are Natural source – On its way water collects lot of salts & minerals – mainly Calcium, Magnesium, Sodium etc.

Water Conditioner – It is not a softener or filter. - A conditioner helps to minimize the adverse affects of many of the undesirable substances in your supplied water.

What are Filters and Softeners Filters – Water filter is a instrument that removes

impurities in both forms i.e. suspended & dissolved. Eg. In RO filter 50% water is wasted.

And in salt based water softener – Calcium & Magnesium salts are replaced by Sodium salts. - So TDS increases, but calcium hardness decreases. - Both methods has its pros & cons. - Both methods have recurring cost & need manual intervention

What is Hard Water? Hard water is water which contains dissolved

hardness minerals i.e. calcium and magnesium salts.

The dissolved minerals present in hard water can accumulate in the form of a hard scale which can build up and eventually clog pipes and damage water-using appliances.

These minerals also affect the ability of soap to clean kitchen and bath surfaces, dishware and laundry, and even human hair and skin.

More than 80% of India is affected by ‘moderately hard’ to ‘very hard’ water.

Effects of Hard Water in various sectors

Industrial Sector: Hard water poses serious problems in industrial sectors, where water hardness is monitored to avoid costly breakdowns in boilers, cooling towers, and other equipment that handles water.

Domestic Sector: In domestic segments, hard water is often indicated by a lack of suds formation when soap is agitated in water, and by the formation of limescale in kettles, tiles floor, water heaters, faucet, shower nozzle, etc. Cloths does not come out cleaner and brighter. Working of CellSafe EWC Cell safe Electronic Water Conditioner (EWC) uses a series of

controlled complex modulating high frequency waveform that neutralizes the bonding ability of minerals that are contained in our water.

This field effectively agitates different size molecules likely to form scale & to break the bonds between molecules and the water.

This results the break down of large mineral crystals into tiny mineral particles & then prevent them from reacting with other minerals or bonding to any surface to from scales.

The process is so effective that existing scales are progressively broken down & flushed away in due course of time.

The conditioned gaseous ions results in noncorrosive & better tasting water. It also helps the plants to grow well & healthy.

Working of CellSafe MWC

CellSafe water conditioners uses Rear Earth Magnets, which produces permanent magnetic fields.

These magnetic fields breaks heavy minerals compounds & salts dissolved in water.

Due to these magnetic fields, salts particles of 40 microns gets break into 10 no. of 4 microns.

Water conditioners breaks ionic bonds, as a results breakage of ionic bonds water become more solvent compared to non-treated water.

The hexagonal water molecule cluster won't allow the bonding of minerals to it, magnetically structured water acts as Good Solvent which removes scaling from pipes and won't allow new scaling to take effect.

Effect of Electro- Magnetic Water Conditioner on Concrete Industry

As on today Electro-magnetic water conditioner (EMWC ) is unknown to Indian concrete industry. It is very useful technology with miracle results.

  EMWC is a system which creates strong sweeping frequency & magnetic

field on pipe line which carries water flows. It creates a change in physical properties of water flowing through pipe. The chemical properties remains unchanged.

  In any concrete industry water plays a major role to get desired

workability, compacting factor and very imp. Compressive strength of concrete. The water used should be portable that the TDS (total dissolved salts) should not be more than 500 PPM..

But in real world it is difficult, in more than 90 % areas portable water is available for construction.
