In 2013, SonikBoom Productions embarked on a journey to provide companies with truly integrated marketing solutions.

Requirements:

Rift Concepts, is a new multifaceted design company in South Africa. SonikBoom was contracted to help them design a marketing infrastructure that communicated their young and fresh outlook whilst still having corporate appeal.

The solution was firstly to understand their business and target market, help them develop objectives and strategies and from there, develop the infrastructure they needed to grow their brand.

The following services were provided:

• Research on current standards & trends of competitors in the industry.• CI development• Manage website development with partner company, Aglet Interactive.• Develop social media plan and train Rift Concepts to be able to manage their own social media.

Requirements:Together with the ‘DSA’ team , SonikBoom was involved with the event from planning to execution. SonikBoom put the Sponsorship proposal together, assisted in sourcing sponsors (such as FutureLife and Coke Zero), sourced top level South African entertainment, arranged the venue amongst other project management services.SonikBoom Productions also provided Social Media management and over-all marketing services to DSA.

SonikBoom needed to come up with an idea for intimate networking as a way for Hereford Group to source new clients without guests feeling as though they were attending a seminar / sales pitch.We came up with the idea of hosting 3 events over 5 months where business people, entrepreneurs and like-minded people met to socialize and network with people from many types of industries in a casual setting. Insiders Networking club was a bourbon tasting event predominantly focused on men. Wine connect events used wine tasting as a platform, primarily focused on ladies.At the end of the evening , Hereford introduced themselves and held a raffle .Hereford received a database of all guests that SonikBoom had put together- from there they were able to call / email guests a few days post event and offer their financial services.

SonikBoom needed to conceptualise each event, design the invites, manage rsvp’s, create a database, start and manage social media sites for both concepts, source venues, organise food and drinks, organise music, raffles, prizes and sponsors and emcee at each event.

Set up & strike down as well as on-site management on the day.2011- SonikBoom promoters were required to activate sponsor, SupremeCream’s product.2012- SonikBoom promoters were required to activate MTN’s Mobile Money campaign.
