Challenge

Solution Results

To create a narrative in 4 days that represents how NFL star Vernon Davis’s hard work led to his status as a proud Jamba Juice franchise owner.

Any great story starts with a great backstory, so we flew back to Vernon’s hometown in Washington D.C. to shoot a series of intimate interviews with Vernon’s mentors and grandma. Years of documentary filmmaking experience allowed us to get the personal details that made the story matter. Even under a near impossible deadline, we also gathered the cinematic footage needed to capture spirit of Vernon’s urban upbring-ing. 2 days later, we’re in the editing room, cutting up what would become one of Jamba Juice’s most successful videos ever.

Our story starts with a millennial cliche:broke college grads with student loans to pay off.

Faced with homelessness and Sallie Mae collection calls, we chose to pursue our passion for telling stories. First as crowdfunding videos for unknown startups. Then as moving documentary style retellings for nonprofits, community men-torships, and youth programs. To beating all the odds and creating videos for some of the biggest brands in the world.

Along the way, we’ve met some of the best millennial talents in the industry and assembled a diverse team of spirited creatives. Today, we’re as dedicated to storytelling as ever, producing the most cinematic videos your business has ever seen.

His early career of traveling the country sleep deprived paid off by his successes of directing content for Fortune 100 companies, being internationally awarded by Adobe as a film director, to having his narratives screened in the White House.

As an accomplished national creative that has traveled over 40 states as an artist and filmmak-er, Andrew's passion for storytelling blossomed. 80,000 miles later, he approaches every challenge by truly understanding people and organizations on a personal level, in order to expand each idea to it's fullest potential.

Andrew is a charismatic, multidimensional creative that encompasses music, writing, producing and directing. With a background in community organiz-ing and the non-profit world, his strongest attribute is using his artistic means to have meaningful impact on the world while using his magnetism to spark great ideas around him.

Ron has been writing content for tech and retail startups, a half a billion dollar B2B company, and businessmen since he had to start paying off his college loans. Throw in marketing strategy and the occasional short film script and you have a literature major who has turned words into a career.

With a passion for storytelling in film, Ryan loves the challenge of figuring out the puzzle of how to best impact the audience with anyone's story. Graduat-ing from UC Santa Cruz in Film, he can edit to turn even nothing into something great.

To Malcolm, the essence of sound is a science, andhe is the scientist. From running his own recordingstudio: Wholesounds, to teaching chess, and toenhancing sound frequencies, he can make a smallquartet feel like a full on orchestra.

Phillip dreams of creating the greatest and clean-est visuals every night and wakes up with a smile because he realizes that's just what he does. His greater mission is to create impactful connections between people all over the world using his exper-tise in tech, the visual medium and graphic art.

Juan is a master of numbers and organizational king. With his deep understanding of financial management and 6 years of experience in produc-ing commercials, film, and music, he is dedicated to making a huge splash in the content market of his home in Silicon Valley.
