Our Liner Fabrics are woven out of synthetic yarn such as Polypropylene Multifilament, Multi and Mono Filament, Spun and Polyester Spun yarn, which are processed with a finishing treatment to suit the customer's end use requirement. The Liner Fabrics are used in conjunction with the processing machinery to facilitate the handling of rubber and rubberized fabric, in the assembly & building of tires. Depending upon the material and type of treatment given to a Liner, it offers easy release of the rubber coated material, prevents distortion in dimensions of the wound components and also helps in tack retention of the same. It also protects the calendared fabrics from many harmful effects such as humidification, direct sunlight and ozone. We offer Liners in weight ranges from 185 gsm to 300 gsm . Our liners have good breaking strength and dimensional stability; When handled carefully, our liners are durable and recyclable several times.
