Que signifie Trigger Marketing ?

Trigger Marketing: stratgie marketing consistant envoyer automatiquement un message en fonction d'vnements ou du comportement d'un client ou d'un prospect.La monte en gamme (en anglais et concernant la vente : upselling) est un processus conomique qui peut tre dcrit du point de vue des producteurs, des vendeurs ou des consommateurs. Il consiste remplacer un produit par un autre similaire qui offre des performances plus leves, un service plus important ou qui est de meilleure qualit (haut de gamme).La vente additionnelle (dite aussi vente croise ou cross selling) est une technique de vente par laquelle un vendeur (en magasin, en dmarchage, par tlphone) profite de la vente ou de l'intrt manifest par un acheteur pour un produit donn pour proposer et vendre un produit complmentaire ou un produit suprieur au produit initialement acquis ou vis par l'acheteur.Pourquoi est-ce important ? le bon message au bon moment augmente les rendements
