your eye. ● Now slowly remove your finger. Release your eyelids and blink, which helps 

the lens to get settled into the correct place.  How to remove contact lenses?

● You need to wash and dry your hands.● Use hands to hold your eye open.● Now, use your index finger to move the lens towards the outer side of the eye.● Hold it between your index finger and thumb.● Lift out of your eye and place the lens in the palm.● Pour a little contact lens solution into the lens.● Use your fingertip to rub the lens for some seconds in the solution.● Place the lens in the contact lens case and close it tightly.
