Good nutrition, a mindful outlook and combinedwith physical activity are important parts of leadinga conscious lifestyle; your mindfulness attitude canhelp you to reach and maintain emotional balance,reduce your risk of chronic diseases and promoteyour overall health.
Get at least 150 minutes a week ofmoderate aerobic activity or 75 minutesa week of vigorous aerobic activity. Youalso can do a combination of moderateand vigorous activity. The guidelinessuggest that you spread out thisexercise during the course of a week.
It helps flush our systems of wasteproducts and toxins, yet many people gothrough l ife dehydrated—causingtiredness, low energy, and headaches.It ’s common to mistake thirst forhunger,so staying well hydrated wil l alsohelp you make healthier food choices.
As a general goal, aim for at least 30minutes of physical activity every day.

Practice Meditation regularly. Go to bed at aregular time each day and practice good habitsto get better sleep. Sleep restores both yourmind and body. Allow yourself some unfocusedtime each day to refresh, let your thoughtswander, go daydream.
