Summary1

Now days many people of other fields are also appointed for leadership purposes . In some of the other organization they also gave knowledge about the leadership because now a days in it become a necessary skill but unfortunately in many organization not teaching leadership. The new leadership will not be provided by a take charge best it emerged with the potential lies in the person. Leadership is the process where a person influences attitudes, behaviors and thoughts of others in a business organization.

Question 1: Why is leadership skill important?Answer: Leadership is an important factor for making an organization successful. Leadership is an important factor of management which helps to maximize efficiency and achieve organization goal.

Question 2: How leadership skills can help you?Answer: Through leadership we’ll gain confidence and personality. We have sense of responsibility and develop communication skills too. We also have positive attitude due to this and have time management skills. We also have power to handle and solve problems through this skills and also successful in our professional life as well.

Question 3: Why leadership important in every field?Answer: Leaders know what their mission is. They know why the organization exists. A vision needs to be abstract enough to encourage people to imagine it but it all done by leadership.  To complement the areas of weakness, a wise leader assembles effective teams of experienced, credentialed, and capable individuals who can supplement any voids in the leader's skill set. . Quite often, employees need someone to look up to for direction, guidance, and motivation and leader give inspiration to them.

Question 4: What is the shape of the perfect leader and does he or she exist?Answer: The perfect man does not exist ... in fact there are five out of hundred. So there is no perfect leader but a good leader is whose who trying to give best and improve his self.
