Becoming a social member of characters…

Face the obstacles



To be a referred member in society requires patience, persistence and perspiration on everything what one intends to do or contribute with.

Becoming is not free from obstacles, and obstacles are not the enemies, rather they are the opening gateways to success.

Face the obstacles



Just begin with some way that you wanted to do it since long for the community.

Begin it today, or you will have no opportunities later. Bring in your intended approaches, tools, and

techniques so that you could be in place to make the best use of your ideas.

Do not wait someone else to begin, you begin the first to do something for the community.

Doing small things would be enough. So, think what you want to begin with…

1. Begin


2. Imagine Dreaming works as powerful as making a plan for

tens of hours.

You should have a dream to be a role model in your community.

Better dream invites with better action patterns in us.

So, let’s imagine the deed and also the outcomes for the community.


3. Laugh Take things happily, even when they go wrong. Enjoy by heart working on each creation. Accept positively each achievement. Do not regret of losing. Take every social problem as simple, possible and

light as you can. Just think, ‘it is possible and I can do it.’ Be happy, to make others feel you are happy. Do not loose the sense while expressing

happiness, control it.


4. Believe Believe in yourself first, and then the rest of others

– the god, supervisors, mentors, friends, children, parents, and so on.

Also believe you are a goldmine of numerous positive innovation and constructive happenings.

You should also believe the power of common people to be the most powerful one, and you are one of them.


5. Seek Always try to seek support of others. Explore the newer ways of doing things for the

community with its support and engagement. Get help from fellow community members to

make it easier for attainment. Seek the community permission to test newer

things that you have explored for it. Also seek permission to explore better frontiers

and collective opportunities for the community that you are working or living with.


6. Play Do not work in isolation.

Make lots of fun and entertainment.

Take each job as a beautiful creation of god and play with it while working on it.

Also, playing lonely is not enjoyable, bring others in it as and when possible.


7. Trust Trust others open heartedly; they will help you in times

of your crises.

Accept and appreciate for all positives they have contributed for you.

Do not again forget to trust your conviction too.

Trust others first to gain their trust on you.

Do not forget to trust yourself for what you are going to do for the community.


8. Listen Listen more than what you speak. Listen, listen and again listen… to be a good

communicator. Listen to your inner voice and also listen to the

people with whom you are working. Seek advice from even very junior members and

ordinary members of the community when you are at crises.

Listen to each member of the society to make it an inclusive endeavor with greater extent of collective motivation and ownership.


9. Create

Try to make new things happen to set a trend of doing things in newer and innovative ways.

Create more relationships; create more learning rooms; create much wider spectrum of your contributions to the society and its members.

Try to make it a selfless endeavor of creating for the society and its well being.


10. Connect You must connect the past, present and project

something for the future.

Connect the problem situation and growing situation.

Connect the people with your mission of social work.

Also connect others’ ideas into yours to create a powerful synergy.


11. Touch Gentle, mild, and loving touch to the children,

women, senior citizens, poor and marginalized people facing problems will help transform their courage, confidence and trust in self.

Galloping onto your lap a crying child will really work as a magical treatment in the community to tell them the value of love and affection for a a person in need.

Gallop the plant that you have sown and also pour water into them every day.

A humble touch will connect you with the rest of community members.


12. Forgiveo Naturally, the people are born to make mistakes.o Once they get to know that they have made

mistakes and hence they assure they will never repeat such mistakes, forgive them.

o Forgiving is the biggest sacrifice against mistakes.o Forgive each member of your family and society

who has made mistakes. o Forgive your supervisor for whatever mistakes

made in the past. o Forgiving helps release tension and mental

anxiety.


13. Pray A prayer serves as holy as visiting a temple

located at tens of thousands of miles.

Pray for success, pray for good health and harmony of each fellow member beloved to you.

If you start praying for others, millions of humble prayers will happen for you!

In fact, what else would you be seeking in life?


14. Hope Even if all options collapse, do not give up with a

positive hope.

Share a hope for happening miracles; as you know, a beautiful creation may be hidden behind a critical crisis!

It will happen, if you truly hope for positive performance outcomes.

Do not give up having positive dreams for self and for others.


15. Choose

When you are left with many options, choose among the most rational one/s for many – not only for yourself. Choose for righteousness, choose for betterment, choose for harmony, and choose for total transformation with impacting outcomes for positivism.


16. Appreciate Appreciate people for every attempt and every

type of attainment they have made, even if it is a negative one, and then tell them how it could have been done for better results.

Do not let people down due to failure.

Appreciation accelerates harmony in public life.

Appreciate others to receive their appreciation for you on your contribution.


17. Give Give time, priority and attention to others first, if

you really want to receive something from others, be the first to give.

You have blood, toil, sweat and tears – all naturally made for giving, not for storing; if you store them unused, you will turn sick.

Give to the society with your concern, interest, time, tangible efforts through action, money and ownership of social failure.


18. Read Read a whole story; read a new situation whole;

and read the social sentiments to understand them better with truthful realities.

Reading from books and newsfeeds makes you become free from confusion of unknown.

Reading the foreheads of the people you are working enables you to understand them better.


19. Write Writing serves as a powerful tool to express really what

you cannot do verbally.

Writing keeps you free from all burdens.

Better social members write more than what they read or speak.

Writing is a universal freedom of life.

Effective writing has a legacy and will serve as a future evidence to do so in many instances.


20. Release Finally, release your every tension by speaking,

expressing and sharing with rest of others.

Your creativity, innovation and better ideas, and marvelous problem solutions will have no value onto others until you release them.

If you keep one fear or tension, it will hatch several others; please release it multiplies...


So What?

These are the twenty common features of a more effective human being as a social member of desired characters.

Can we practice these inputs in our life, from today only, and right now onwards?
