Create File Inside Folder
Steps to Create File Inside Folder :
Step 1 : Click the required folder.
Step 2 : Right click and select New Document → Empty Document.
Recover Deleted Files
Steps to restore the deleted files :
Step 1 : In the search box, type as trash and hit enter.
Step 2 : Right click on the required file and select Restore.
Move Files From One to Another
Steps to move files from one folder to an other folder :
Step 1 : Press Window key and enter as Home in the search box and press enter.
Step 2 : Click the desired directory and open the folder containing the files.
Step 3 : Right click on the desired file in the folder and select Move To option.
Step 4 : Select Destination window appears, click on the folder into which the file has to be moved. click Select option.
Step 5 : File is moved to the destination.
Rename a File
Steps to rename a file :
Step 1: Select the file that you want to rename.
Step 2: Right click on the file and select Rename.
Step 3 :Enter the new file name and hit enter.
Step 4 : The file name is changed.
File Permission
Steps to change file permission :
Step 1: Select the file to change permission properties.
Step 2: Right click on the file and select Properties.
Step 3: Select Permissions tab from the pop up.
Step 4: Select the type of access for the Owner, Group and Other users.
Step 5: Click the Close Button to exit.
