The leadership capabilities of Intelligence Masters within the pharmaceutical

industry

All actually bear that leadership capabilities may be the outstanding point to gain a

competitive advantage through competitive intelligence.

First, you need to have a “CI board”, inside this board; we must find great leader and

talented people which have a vision to share with all employees. This leader will be

responsible of the supervision of competitive intelligence activities in the firm through

different types of tools and meeting.

Secondly, in the firm, in all business units, all employees must be deeply involved in

the process of implementing and making Competitive Intelligence works properly. This

contributes to the creation of competitive intelligence capabilities.

Finally, the “CI board” must give to the executive decision makers the right

information at the right time to make decisions.
