For the target, we need to plate a bonding adhesion layer on the new target and then do some necessary masking. For B/P, the real used B/P need to be de-bonded from the returned target, supplied by the custom. Certainly, some necessary cleaning and masking processes should be well done before the de-bonding. After both are ready, a series bonding sequences could be executed, which include the Bonding, Correct Warpage, Ultra Sonic C-Scan Test, Polishing, Cleaning, Washing, Drying, Final Inspection and the Packing/Shipping processes.
