1. Provider must order medication under “Meds and Orders” and associate with the correct diagnosis

2. The schedule will show a “meds due” icon by the patients name, user must double click on this icon or can directly go into the MAR (Medication Administration Record) tab in the visit navigator.

3. To document the administration, click the “Due date/time” administration box (blue) in the Upcoming Administrations column of the MAR

4. The provider must perform the five medication rights of medication administration and administer the medication to the patient. A medication charge will automatically be applied after the administration is documented.

Charge Capture6. Once the medication administration has been documented, the procedure of the injection must be charge captured. Click on Charge Capture GYN/GU/GI and select “Insertion Non-Biodeg Drug Deliv Implant (11982)”

Charges will display as bellow, user can click on “Accept charges” or just click on “Close”
