About
There are many examples or stories that reveals the mysteries of the mind and brain. This is a very complex thing and not easy to handle. Neuroscience, is a boon or we can say magic of technology that can help us solve these mysteries. The new technology that is attracting me is neuroplasticity, it is a creative way to secure our lives.
About Neuroplasticity is actually our own mind's ability
that can help us to change the brain. This new technology has changed the old definitions that we can do much to improve our mental situation and mental experiences result only from physical goings-on in the brain. Neuroscientists have gone through a lot of research and they confirmed that our mental machinations affects the physical structure of our brain. So, overtime you change your mind, you change your brain.
“ Here are some useful tips that will help you to change your brain.”
Relabel
Changing our mind can start by changing our thoughts or it can be called relabel yours though. So first you should relabel your thoughts, feelings or behavior. A thought that is not required can be relabeled by "wrong message" or "brain glitch". This will help you to recognize what is real and what is not.
Reattribute
Now lets move to the second step, "Why do we get the same thoughts again and again?" The reason is the brain is misfiring, it is creating mental noise and sending false messages. If you are able to find out the reason that why are you getting those messages, you can just say that it's just a brain glitch. Now the other other thing is that: what you can do for it?
Refocus
This is the most typical task because this is "changing of your behaviour". You have to change or replace your old behaviour with the new one. After recognizing the problem that what is it and why it's occurring, we have to replace the old things or behaviour with new things to do.
Revalue
This step includes the first three as well. After replacing your old behaviour with new one, you will see the old behaviour as distractions. You have to remove them completely as they are worthless. The intensity of the old thoughts will fade down eventually, and thus your brain will work better.
