Use a Neti Pot.
These can help a lot more than people realize.
Essential Oils Rub a few drops of peppermint or eucalyptus essential
oil underneath your nose and inhale.
Tomato Juice and Cheyenne
Pepper Drink a glass of tomato juice with a pinch of Cheyenne
pepper in it. This helps cleanse your system and can
open up your airways.
Breathe Right Strips Use a breathe right strip to help you open up your
sinuses. Personally I had issues with these falling off
and not staying on my nose all night, but they did help
open up my sinuses.
Saline Solution Use a saline solution. You can buy several of these at
the store already in a nose dropper.
Pressure Press down lightly on the top of your nose and exhale.
Acupuncture Get an acupuncture treatment. Okay so this one isn’t
as quick but seriously it can help a lot.
Food Sensitivity Testing Figure out what your food sensitivities and then stop
eating those foods.
I recommend the ALACT.
Use a Diffuser Use a few drops of essential oils in a diffuser. This
cleanses the air and can help a lot with sinus pressure
and allergies.
Chiropractic Get a chiropractic adjustment if you haven’t had one
recently. This can help a lot and more than many
people realize.
Stop Using Chemicals Avoid using chemical loaded cleaners in your house.
This is a top cause for allergies that many people don’t
think about.
Water Mist your face lightly with water.
Blow Your Nose Blow your nose. No seriously. Do it. Even if you have a
hard time normally. Figure out how to do it.
Stop perfumes etc. Re-evaluate the perfumes, air sprays and other
chemicals you are using. These are probably making it
worse.
Posture Pay extra attention to your posture. Make sure you
stand straight and sleep with a pillow underneath you.
